Forced Induction
Swapping the sequential twins for a single large turbo is the classic 2JZ upgrade. With supporting fuel and a proper ECU calibration, the stock block handles power levels far beyond factory output.
Boost and AFR Targets
Under boost, run a richer mixture near 11.5-12.0:1 to keep combustion temperatures in check. The goal is finding the edge of best power without running dangerously lean.
